We are known of being reliable, responsive and providing exceptional customer service. When we started developing this portion of our business nine years ago, we knew we had to be different from the competition. Rather than developing our company around "doing the work", we designed our services with you in mind. To provide property maintenance based completely on the satisfaction of our customers.
This philosophy is somewhat unique to our industry. Three areas, which compose the foundation of our philosophy, are value, communication and accountability.
Providing Value
It is our goal to provide the best property maintenance value with the market place. We do this by doing high quality work in an efficient manner. We are also consistently reliable and extremely responsive to our customers. For example, if you have a problem at your site, it is our goal to have it resolved within eight hours. In the spirit of providing exceptional value, we know we must be reasonably priced and provide excellence in service. Every time we step onto your property, we feel we need to earn your business.
Communication
Communication is key in the overall customer satisfaction. Here is a list of points we have developed to foster exceptional communication with you.
- Updated our website with a customer care link directly to our property managers.
- Attend association and board meetings to foster goodwill and partnerships.
- Our property managers visit your site at least once a week and are available 24/7.
- All of our property managers are equipped with an on-board computer, air card and camera to report back to you when they are on your site.
Accountability
Our mission statement summarizes our philosophy and position on accountability.
