Our friendly staff will take your information and ask pertinent questions about the scope of the work that you would like to have done.

Initial Site Visit
The initial site visit at your property costs $50.00, and is conducted by an accredited landscape designer. During this visit, the designer will walk the grounds with you and ask in-depth questions about your project. Please have your ideas, pictures and a site survey of your property available for the designer to take with them.

Landscape Plan Rendering
Depending on the scope of the project, incorporating ideas and concepts, and then generating accurate landscape plans is a one to two week process. Upon completion of your landscape plans, the designer will call to set up the next appointment.

Plan and Proposal Review
This is a very exciting meeting where all of the ideas, measurements, products, and colors come together. Your Designer will review your project in its entirety and also make any revisions as needed.

Acceptance of the Landscape Plan and Proposal
Upon acceptance of the landscape plan and proposal, we require your signature on the contract and fifty percent of the project total as a deposit. These two important steps are mandatory. They authorize us to do the work, and reserves valuable time on the seasonal construction schedule just for you.

Landscape Project Installation
The designers and hard working landscape installation crews work together to ensure project quality and construction accuracy. Trained installation specialists are lead by certified crew leaders in all aspects of the landscape installation. They conduct themselves in a professional manner and have the highest level of respect for you and your property.

Completion of the Landscape Project
Upon completion of the landscape installation phase, the designer will walk through the finished project with you. We want to make sure that everything we have completed meets or exceeds your expectations. At this time, we also provide you with valuable information on how to best care for your new landscape.

Pay Remaining Balance Due of the Project
When you are completely satisfied with the work we have done, we require that the remaining balance of your project and any outstanding change orders be paid in full.
